A warm-up exercise can enable you to unwind, escape your head and into the psychological state where you are completely present and at the time. An extraordinary warm-up you can do alone to get in the privilege mental state quickly before your meeting is called ‘Shake them 8s.’ Hold your correct arm out and shake your correct hand, tallying up to 8, at that point rehash the shake and mean your left hand, right foot and left foot.
